Product Line and Vehicle Product Explanation

The main product lines currently mass-produced by Jufeng Semiconductor include IGBT single tube, isolated/non isolated drive IC, IPM, IGBT module, and HPD module. These products have been widely used in automotive air conditioning, PTC, OBC, main drive, white battery, air conditioning compressor/PFC, industrial servo frequency conversion, photovoltaic/energy storage, commercial air, and other fields.
